  Rough experience, I went for a leaving party with friends and colleagues, however the food came at different intervals, some had mains first then starters, and a few friends waited over an hour for food. We talked to the manager and he literally huffed in our faces and made a face. The servers were actively avoiding us particularly one girl. My friend who is pregnant was giving a virgin daquary that tasted rotten and they didn't care when confronted. Never coming back. Waste of money.

  I came here with my boyfriend, we come here often. As usual the food was amazing, he had the buldak meal and I had beef ramen along with some sides to share. It was really good, never disappointed us! Food was unreal, just like every time. Emma, our server was just as amazing!

  Walked into Wagamama for some lunch at oxford. The ambiance was spot on, not busy and service was quick. The food was served within 10 minutes and was fresh and flavourful. We had the grilled chicken ramen, chicken gyoza, gochujang salmon rice bowl and prawns kushiyaki. All perfectly presented, correct temperature and bursting with flavours. Will visit again.

  Except a slight loudness (just like in all wagamamas ive been to) it was great experience. The manager was( i think Kesia) was great and friendly they had no problems with slight modificiations in the menu and service was great just like the food. Also they cared bout allegries a lot and were careful.

  Ordered via Uber Eats and 2x chicken katsu contained raw chicken and pure fat/tissue/not meat. Requested refund as food had to be thrown away and they have said there is not an issue. Appreciate this is not solely Wagamamas fault for the poor customer service but due to a genuine food safety issue I’ve been left out of pocket.
