  Extremely disappointing family meal. Orders were mixed up, the roast was awful, and the service was unacceptable. One member of staff openly complained about the manager throughout our visit, which was highly unprofessional. Customer service clearly needs to improve. Horrendous manners also!

  My son has autism and he loves going here. Ann Marie always serves us on a Sunday, she’s really friendly and polite and makes a such an effort with him.

  I was very disappointed with my breakfast experience at Beefeater Cowley. The restaurant was noticeably dirty and appeared to be understaffed. The bar area was piled high with dirty plates, mugs, and other used dishes, which is not a pleasant sight while eating breakfast and gave a poor first impression. The staff didn't seem particularly welcoming. When I asked simple questions, such as where I could find mugs, I was met with eye-rolling and an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Another disappointment was the lack of a vegetarian option at the cooked breakfast station, despite vegetarian items being listed on the menu. The juice dispensers were empty, and the overall quality of the food was below expectations. Would I return? Unfortunately, no. There is a lot of room for improvement in both customer service and cleanliness.

  Food a bit expensive for what you get . ( Ultimate roast). Nothing ultimate about it. The food is tasty but roast potatoes hard . And meat is cut thin . But when your hungry and traveling it's better than nothing.

  Visited the longwall recently and was happy with the service received from Collett. She was very professional and polite. We had a large number in our party and she was considerate of one member having allergies.
