  Pathetic customer assistants. It seems some staffs are are born with negative manners. Worse tesco customer service in the city . I wish I could give negative marking on Google.

  Needs improvement. The self serve checkouts are truly miserable. They are barley big enough to to hold a small bag, and you have stack all your items perfectly in a perverse game of tetris otherwise it stops working and an assistant needs to come over. This makes buying many items really difficult as you have plan what order you will scan things and where you will place them to ensure you can fit everything on the scales. The mind boggles as to who designed this system. I want to buy things from your store. Stop making it so hard. Also, why are all the vegetables packaged in plastic? 3 zucchinis wrapped in plastic is completely unnecessary.

  Very disappointed today. This is my second review. I bought an item manufactured by Tesco with a one‑year warranty. After using it for about 8–9 months, it developed an issue, so I went in to get it checked. Unfortunately, the staff member was unfriendly, gave me her personal opinion instead of listening, and kept me waiting for the manager. It was taking too long, so I eventually left. The item only cost £3.00, and I didn’t want to waste more time over such a small amount, but as a matter of principle they should honour the warranty. Overall, it was very disappointing and a complete waste of time.
