  Ordered on Uber, Order not delivered and calls not answered. No way to get in contact with the order and track its location.

  When I went to the Domino's Pizza in Oxford Headington, even though it wasn't busy, they took a really long time to take my order. Later, although they said the pizza would be ready in fifteen minutes, I had to wait for about an hour. The pizza was already ready and sitting there, but they only gave it to me after I asked. If I hadn't asked, they would have probably kept me waiting even longer.

  Absolutely shockingly appalling service. Ordered three pizzas over two hours ago, called the shop over 50 times, no updates no communication just awful. Will not be ordering from again. Extremely frustrating as we now are unsure on how to get a refund. Do not order from here. Shocking

  As Italian, this is not a pizza...I couldn't taste the flavour of mozzarella, the tomato sauce was very sweet and the base was very dry...What is that?

  Rang to make an order to collect. Asked for reduce fat cheese on one pizza and vegan on the other, but the guy didn't understand what I meant (after repeating myself multiple times), so called the manager over. The manager also didn't understand what I wanted and kept repeating "extra cheese" back at me and when I said no he asked me to wait a moment and then hung up on me. So confused.
