Scammers accessed my account & placed orders using my details. When i confronted them about it on the phone, they appeared to find it funny. Why the hell would i order a pizza for collection in Oxford when i am in Doncaster?

If 0 stars was an option I would use it. I ordered a pizza over an hour ago on uber and I have no update on what’s happening with it. I have called them more than 10 times and I know they aren’t closed because the website says they are open. I am very dissatisfied with this service especially because I used to work in dominoes before and picking up the phone is the main priority when it comes to customer service. Whoever is working tonight clearly doesn’t value their job and shouldn’t continue working in there because they are clearly incapable of handling a closing shift. I want a complete refund, but clearly that isn’t an option because I cannot contact the store because of some lazy workers in there. A pizza takes 7 minutes to bake and I live 5 minutes away from the shop. It should never be delayed this much and it should at least come. I would never recommend ordering from this place because it’s not the first time this has happened and I am constantly not satisfied with the service. First time this happened they also refused to give me a refund..
