  Has always been a nice pub, but as they are closing half the menu is unavailable, and many drinks are now unavailable, so I don't recommend. There was also only 1 chef and 2 waiters to attend to the whole restaurant.

  What I expected is 100% not what I got!!!! Chicken burnt and flat as a pancake,,,, coleslaw very cheap, salad was laughable. £16.49 for this,,,,, do not buy food here. Awful value for money. Sounds delicious but it came out like a kids meal… the guys we’re really lovely and apologised

  Reviews do not do this place justice, food was much better than expected - steak was cooked perfectly and had amazing flavour. Service was exceptional and staff was extremely welcoming and friendly.

  According to Google and their own website this place opens at 6:30 in the morning is open through till 11 o’clock at night so I stood at the bar for 25 minutes at 4 pm to be told that that I can’t order a drink till 5 o’clock despite two people sat there because their hotel staff How about putting a sign on the bloody door or changing your hours online?

  Really sad as our visits to other beefeaters have always been good, but this one was horrible there was less than half the menu available but this wasn’t stated until we where putting in our order, then what we changed our orders too had some ingredients missing, they couldn’t complete my Pimms as there was no cucumber or mint … in the hour and a half we sat in the restaurant one fish and chips sat under the heat lamp for the whole time …. I was really disappointed in the standard of food, the service and sadly our whole dinner experience! We will not be visiting again
