  Absolutely diabolical from start to finish! Took well over 35 minutes to get drinks and order food….No it wasn’t that busy inside or out. Half the food was off the menu, the food that did arrive was tasteless and poor quality… but that was probably because it was sitting under the heat lamp for 20 or so minutes. Staff were either talking at the bar, texting and walking around ignoring all the dirty plates and people needing drinks/ bills. I literally wouldn’t bother wasting time or energy here. Not worth it or value for money.

  I would like to leave a positive review for the entire team at Beefeater. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. A special thank you to the chefs, Claudio who went above and beyond to accommodate my vegetarian requirements. They were happy to make adjustments and ensured I had an enjoyable meal, which was greatly appreciated. The staff members here called Aung , Shannon are a real credit to the business. Their friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help made my visit a wonderful experience. It is clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this team. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. Please pass on my appreciation to everyone involved. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this restaurant to others.

  Absolutely brilliant service really helpful and attentive staff especially Luke and Charlie will definitely be visiting again.

  Average Beefeater fayre, what made the difference was our waiter, Luke, who made us feel special and was very helpful. Wish there were more Luke's around.

  Amin who was serving us was fantastic, he made me and my partner feel so welcome , and even more made my son feel like he was a king, he made him smile and laugh and just made it feel like a family restaurant. The only thing that let this place down was the chef's attitude towards the waiters. A Yong lad with a rude attitude who thinks speaking like a "rude boy " is big and clever. The sheer arrogance of this person shocked me and my partner. If it wasn't for the waiters, we wouldn't bother coming back. Yes, your food tasted good, but learn a little bit of respect, or leave.
