- DMDmytro MaliukJul 22, 20263.0Visually, the restaurant’s exterior is modern with its tall glass facade, and the inside has a contemporary look. However, my experience was very mixed. ⛔The Negatives: Cleanliness (Inside and Out): The biggest issue was how dirty the place was. In the outdoor seating area, many tables were not cleared, with used cups and litter everywhere. Inside, the floor was covered in trash—especially around the collection counter where cardboard drink holders were left on the ground, and napkins were scattered under tables. It was around 8:00 PM with very few customers, so there's no excuse for this level of neglect. Wait Time: I waited 10–15 minutes for a simple order (Big Mac, fries, and a coffee). While I was the only person waiting at the counter, I saw many delivery orders on the screen. It's frustrating to wait that long for a basic meal when the lobby is almost empty. Coffee Price & Quality: The Flat White was slightly better than at some other locations, but it still leaves a lot to be desired. Plus, the price seems to have increased recently by about 30–40p. ✅The Positives: The Food: This was the best part. The Big Mac was actually excellent—fresh and very tasty. The fries were hot and fresh as well. The Staff: The crew was pleasant and very polite, providing great service despite the state of the dining area.
