I weekly come into your Tesco Didcot Superstore. We spend on average £140 a week + do shopping for my 90 Yr old mum average £40 a week. Always been good but the last month it is nightmare trying to get served at main till points. Today one till open for a ling time. Queues built up. No reaction from staff. Then eventually opened another till. Our queue still had 8 trolleys. If you want me to shop at Sainsbury's then carry on. If you care about customers then please reply. Very disappointed local loyal customer.

I read the reviews for Didcot Tesco today and was astounded by some of the nonsense that was put up on there and was deeply suspicious about who put some of that up and why. I have been using this store since the day it opened and have never encountered rude behaviour from anybody and have always considered the quality and amount of goods available to be way above that of Sainsbury and Aldi our only other choices. Bizarrely purely by chance I was served by the so called nasty pink haired lady at the till. So yes she is a bit of an introvert and treated me just the same as anybody else it would be easy to take offence if you are a bit paranoid but at the end of the day she is who she is and was actually very helpful. The so called people of colour ??? are you really out there or is this just an example of people from other stores putting up bum reviews, Duuuur.

Decent range of stock, but shelves in a state of anarchy.

Am I the only one to take exception to the policy to force customers to use self check out instead of a manned checkout. Yet another 3 or 4 tills removed and replaced by self check out.
