  This is a special mention for the delivery person who delivered our pizza this evening (june 4), such a friendly person, double-checked everything was in the order, and even apologised that one of the boxes was a little squished as they were on a bike. Young people today get a bad rap for being rude or workshy and that couldn't be further from the truth in this case. Service 5* I hope this feedback gets back to them. Payrise needed.

  Ordered a pepperoni pizza and got the worst food poisoning of my life, been in absolute agony all weekend, somebody needs to have a serious look in the kitchen and see if the hygiene and the staffs hygiene is up to standard, I’m genuinely one day away from ringing 111 absolutely disgusting, do not order dominos in didcot!

  Not happy. We received wrong and incorrect food. This is meant to be a normal garlic bread and it’s covered in stuff and very soggy. For the price of the sides we only received a very small/half portion of wedges. Very upsetting considering the cost of the food. And the store didn’t bother to answer despite calling multiple times.

  I ordered the big deal large last week. The store forgot to add the hot honey drizzle despite paying extra for it. I called them and they refunded it. This was beside the point as that’s what I wanted for my pizza. I then opened the pizzas and they were both dry as hell. I tried a slice for each and they both tasted dry and exactly the same despite ordering different pizzas. They were both bland and warm/cold. I contact the customer service team who said the store would rectify this within 5 working days. Guess what? They never contact me. I contacted the customer service team yet again and they said without a picture they won’t refund my money. Can you tell how cold and bland food is from a picture? Apparently you can if you work in customer service for dominos. Trash pizzas and even worse service. Not that you care, but I won’t be ordering from your company again. If you want to actually rectify my order, my order number is 675060413.
