First time I've tried this co-op. I only saw one member of staff & they were scrolling on their phone. The shoves & fridges were lacking stock, maybe it's delivery day. The store was messy, especially the shelves. I will probably give it another try at some point but other co-ops do seem better.

It's a good store with more space than most Coops but the store manager needs to stop skimping on staff, if you want to only have self scan tills you have to have someone nearby to monitor them. Yes it's a new store etc. but if you don't have someone available to help customers pay you don't have a shop! I don't blame the staff who are lovely, this is a failure by the managers.

Convenient location and helpful staff. The gluten-free section is small but has the basics. However, the fridge for the cheese really needs to be cleaned- there is a very bad disgusting smell. I’ve complained to the staff several times, but unfortunately, it’s still the same.

Nice little co-op shop which is local to work and not that far from home either usually well stocked.
