  To be honest, I normally have great service from this store. The food is usually great and delivery is normally really quick, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Around two weeks ago I placed an order through the app. Admittedly it was fairly late, but the app was still accepting orders and took payment of roughly £35. Shortly afterwards the store called me to say they wouldn't be completing the order as they had closed, and told me a refund would be processed. Two weeks later, no refund had arrived, so I had to go into the store myself and ask for it to be investigated. I was told it was a mistake on their end and that this apparently happens with end-of-shift orders because they are meant to be picked up by the morning team, but communication/notes aren't always passed over. The refund has now apparently been processed, meaning I still have to wait longer to receive money that should have been returned two weeks ago. The disappointing part isn't just the mistake, mistakes happen. It's that I had to chase it myself, my money was held for two weeks, and the response when I came in was basically just "yeah... it's not ideal is it" with a half-hearted apology. I'm not expecting to be showered with free food or special treatment, but when a business admits the error was entirely theirs, I'd expect a better response. Please fix the process and staff training because it has turned a regular customer into someone unlikely to order again.

  Nice pizza only just been using domino's friendly staff and good variety and good price I think

  I would highly recommend the Carterton Domino's the pizzas are the best ever the staff are all good and friendly and polite and reliable.

  Good space for waiting and quick service. Good to a high standard and never have an issue.
