  Really enjoyed the food, everything tasted fresh and was still nice and hot when I got it. Pizza was cooked perfectly and the ingredients tasted fresh. Really happy with it and would definitely order again! Very fast service as well.

  Absolutely terrible, the manager Rahul had us waiting for over an hour for our order. Called multiple times and he was making staff lie and say to all customers the wait is 15 minutes, he then refused to speak to anyone. You could hear the poor server calling his name for him to speak to us and he was ignoring her. Had to cancel the order as they had it on the side for over an hour and no delivery driver available for the next hour. Terrible behaviour for a manager to leave the sever to have to deal with upset customers because he didn’t want to speak to anyone. Never will order from them

  Absolutely abysmal. I honestly don’t know why I keep giving Papa John’s another chance, because every single time I order there is some kind of problem. Tonight it has now been 1 hour and 25 minutes since I placed my order and it still hasn’t arrived. That is ridiculous for a pizza delivery. For comparison, the last time we ordered Domino’s on a Friday night, it was at our door within about 20 minutes. Papa John’s seem perfectly happy to take your money immediately, but actually producing and delivering the food appears to be an entirely different matter. The only reason I ever end up ordering from them again is because they send out vouchers, but frankly a discount means absolutely nothing when the service is this consistently dreadful. This isn’t a one-off. Every single time I order from this branch, something goes wrong. Late deliveries, problems with the order, poor service — there is always something. At this point, I genuinely don’t understand why they bother offering delivery if they clearly cannot cope with the orders they accept. Absolutely shocking service yet again. I should have learnt my lesson by now, and this time I finally have.

  Had a really good experience with Papa Johns Bicester. The food was fresh, hot and full of flavour, and everything was prepared to a high standard. The staff were friendly, polite and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. It’s clear that the team puts effort into providing good customer service. I’d happily order from here again and would definitely recommend Papa Johns Bicester. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
