  The pizza is generally quite good from here but the customer service is abysmal. I can’t fault the delivery drivers as the food is always delivered quickly, with care and always polite. I have had numerous issues with items wrong or missing in my order by the time it is delivered, most of the time I leave it if it isn’t costly however the last time I ordered they’d sent a chicken side instead of a garlic bread side. The driver apologised and said he’d sort a refund at the shop (didn’t offer to get me the side I’d actually ordered whatsoever) - I didn’t get a good feeling about this so I called the shop myself immediately after he drove off. Took me quite a few times ringing until someone picked up the phone - they said they’d sort the refund for me which would arrive in 5 days. This was now 9 days ago and no refund has come through. I called again today to rectify this but the first staff member seemed confused so she put me on hold for a couple minutes, then another staff member took over the call and just said call back after 4pm tomorrow with no further explanation. I tried to clarify that I’d be ringing tomorrow to speak to someone and sort the refund out? As I was speaking he hung up on me and it took me ringing 12 times this evening until someone at the shop picked up the phone so I wasn’t doing that again…here’s hoping whoever I speak to tomorrow is helpful in any way whatsoever as up to now the customer service from the staff at this Dominos has been none existent. Disappointing.

  Unsatisfied from food I ordered veggie pizza and staff had been given half cooked pizza like the cheese and vegetables were uncooked as you seen in photo
