  Well ive not been to this Burger King before....and i probably wont bother again. Walking in the front door around the active ceiling leak should have been a red flag really. Ive never quite experienced such slow 'fast food'. After 15 minutes i asked for the cups for our drinks so I could start to self serve, to be asked if i wanted the other drinks 'early' too, should have indicated they were in no rush. 30 minutes after ordering 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals it was finally served the food, no 'thanks' no 'can i help with anything' just a tray pushed towards me. We then set about clearing a table to use, it wasnt busy there were loads available just with old rubbish left over them. I get the customer is meant to bin their waste but when that dosnt happen, it woukd be great for the staff to tear themselves away from their conversations to just 'help out'. Food itself not too bad...but rather ruined by the experience.

  Slowest place on earth. Last time we were here we had a drive thru, we waited almost 15 minutes in the car park and I had to go in and get it myself. Thought we’d chance it again with eat in and it is so bad. There is a constant stream of delivery drivers who get priority. It doesn’t matter if it’s busy or quiet, you will be waiting 15 - 20 mins for your order. McDonald’s is over the road and they move at an expected speed.

  What a shambles, if I was the manager I’d sack all the staff, not an ounce of energy between any of them, it was painful watching them prepare food, you’d think you were in a third world country based of the cleanliness of the place, clearly a culture problem in this branch and it shows.

  Very disappointed with this branch. Poor service, food wasn't that great either, waited far too long considering it's meant to be fast food restaurant. Better off going their rivals

  Stopped by Burger King in Bicester and had a good meal. I tried the vegetarian burger with halloumi, and both were really tasty. The burger was fresh, and the halloumi was crispy and full of flavour. The service was quick, and the restaurant was clean. A solid choice if you’re looking for a vegetarian option. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the food could have been a little hotter, but overall a good experience.
