I was offered a BLT and they would exchange the B for avocado....perfect, until they charged me extra for the avocado to the tune of £4.50 on top....but nothing removed for lack of bacon. Despite us being the only table in the food took nearly an hour and my colleagues order was wrong. On advising the waitress she sped off to the kitchen. Upon her return we were informed the kitchen would replace it....but she also explained it would take 20 to 30 mins or we could just eat what we had been given! The management did sort the issue via email, after the event but it was so shoddy we never went back

- MCmary cAug 25, 20265.0Special thanks to the RH team and Emily who served us. It was a special day celebrating an event with my girls, and she had surprised us with a complimentary dessert. Much appreciated, overall the service and food were lovely. Valet parking and the showrooms were beautiful.
