Poor stock control, very limited selection in some areas, horrible music playing most the time, toilets always unpleasant, and it's Christmas for ONE THIRD OF THE YEAR in there.

Employees have bad eyesight , I’m 28 y old looking like a 30 . Employee ask me for ID, I guess everyone younger than them must be a minor . I spend like 300-400 a week in groceries and about 250 £ on fuel , and this is what I get for buying for 5 years straight, this was my last time getting anything from Tesco, there plenty of other grocery stores that have better customer service and employees that are trained better in checking 25 for alcohol and cigarettes.

I wanted to give some recognition to Suzy Barnes at Tesco Banbury for being genuinely lovely and incredibly helpful. I was looking for a large multipack of baby wipes that is often difficult to find on the shelves because it sells quickly. I had already asked another member of staff, who checked and told me there weren’t any available. I then asked Suzy, who took the time to check properly and found that there were actually 14 in stock. Rather than simply pointing me in the right direction, she went out the back herself, found exactly what I was looking for and brought me the quantity I needed. What stood out most was her attitude. She was kind, polite, enthusiastic and genuinely seemed happy to help. Good customer service like that makes such a difference, and I really hope Tesco gives Suzy the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Suzy!
