  I always go to this store for the last 10 years. I asked some worker if they have stobary and custard. She said they stopped it. I try to complain. But she told me to go and find another Tesco. I wish the Tesco try to teach some staff to be nice and understand customers.

  Outstanding Customer Service Under Pressure I visited my local Tesco today and witnessed two separate situations where customers were speaking quite harshly to staff. In both cases, the team members handled themselves with patience, professionalism, and calm, even when they were being spoken to unfairly. One staff member was being challenged about an online collection order, and another was being confronted over a misunderstanding. Despite the pressure, both employees stayed respectful and tried their best to help. I want to highlight how well the staff handled these moments. It’s easy for people to assume the employee is at fault when they see tension, but today it was clear the team were doing everything they could to support customers and keep the store running smoothly. Thank you to the staff for your kindness, professionalism, and resilience. Your efforts don’t go unnoticed, and you make a real difference to the community.

  Absolutely shocked at the staff working here and how rude they were as I accidentally dropped a bottle on my way out of the shop. The woman belittled me in front of the public and continue to repeatedly say bye like I was some sort of idiot. Wouldn’t recommend you go though if you’d like to be spoken to like a normal person.

  Honestly the worst experience I ever had at this Tesco express, needed some help finding what I was looking for and they kept telling me they didn't have it even without even checking when I knew for a fact they did because I know plenty of people that got said item from there. I said this and asked to open the boxes in which I informed I would pay for the open items. The supervisor had a go at me and said I was being rude and that she would kick me out, to whick I said that I knew they had the item but I didn't know which one was it and if they didn't know I had to find out which one it was and that I would pay for it. She kept on ranting that she would kick me out of the store if I kept talking to her the way I was. I didn't raise my voice in any moment but she was yelling at me. I found the item I was looking for and paid for the 3 boxes I opened. And I told her that next time someone asked now she knew the answer and which product she was, to which she threatened to never welcome me in the store again and banged the counter door as she walked awayand said for me to bring a picture of the product and that it wasn't her job to know. I was baffled by the entire interaction, rudeness, lack of professionalism or costumer skills at all. It was so mortifying it was impressive.
