  Delivery was 25 minutes late, they then phoned me up after the delivery to blame me. They phoned me. I didn't phone up to complain. They phoned me up to blame me because Uber gave them the wrong postcode. I use the Uber app and my postcode is correct in there. So just to clarify, I got a call from Papa John's not to apologise for delivery of cold pizza, but to blame me and tell me it was Uber's fault.

  Never came. Said they tried and waited for ages and rang the doorbell. They didn't as we were in. Said they would come again. Didn't I waited outside the entire time. Called for a refund kept telling me to call back on different days. Called today and they refused saying they did come and had proof of pictures of them outside. Asked them to send them. They hung up on me. Refused refund of over 40 pound.

  Foods good no doubt about that, do enjoy papaj's pizza Dont love a delivery driver insisting our address doesnt exist when competitor pizza places find us no issue, and being snotty with us because he went to the wrong place entirely. Go in and buy, dont do delivery

  Ordered a lot of 7 pizzas, there was a slight delay but the pizzas were really really good
