  It’s never open. The times online don’t match the stores opening hours so you never actually have a clue when you can use the store.

  I'm absolutely fuming about my experiences here. Twice I visited, and twice I was met with complete inconsistency and what felt like blatant dishonesty. The first time, I was charged a staggering £5.90 for a single mocha. £5.90! I was so shocked, I didn't even realize until I'd left. When I went back to question it, the young lady at the reception had the audacity to tell me it was 'for the cup.' Seriously? I've lived in the UK for a while now, and that's by far the most ridiculously overpriced mocha I've ever encountered. I just walked out, completely bewildered and feeling ripped off. Then, a week later, I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, only to discover the actual price was £2.90. £2.90! I'm beyond disappointed. It's not just the money; it's the feeling of being lied to and treated like an idiot. The sheer inconsistency and the ridiculous 'for the cup' excuse are infuriating.
