  Truly an abysmal establishment. If you normally use Papa Johns, don't bother with this one. We've ordered three times (too many) from this branch. We've had pizzas over two hours late, overcooked, hard to eat, missing components of our order etc. Most recently this branch temporarily stole money from us by charging for an order it never intended to fulfil. We had to go to extraordinary lengths to get a refund after the lying staff members insisted they'd call back with a resolution - they never did. How is that acceptable? Absolutely appalling in every way. Use Caprinos Abingdon instead - similar value to a functional Papa Johns branch, better service and nicer food.

  Just terrible service. If your order goes through, which isn't a given, the food will arrive cold about 2 hours (minimum) later. Try to call for an update on your order and the phone will ring endlessly. Seriously wouldn't recommend, don't be fooled by the familar name because this franchise is absolutely horrendous.

  I’m disappointed with the service I received at Papa Johns. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and the overall customer service was poor. This made the experience unpleasant and not what I expect from your company. I’d appreciate this being looked into.”
