I've seen elderly people struggling. The customer service in general from check out is not up to standard. Why no staff for such a busy shop. Management need to address this rapid. Also limited brands. Hardly any biscuits and cheese counter not good anymore. Limited yoghurts too? Obviously the prices have dramatically gone up a lot too. Overall the shop is going down hill quickly

There are a lot of things to choose from and we take about nearly an hour to shop. We got to the checkout and was served by a lovely lady called Jackie. She was so helpful and did not rush us as my Mum needed to sit down and thankfully there were seats. I have to say a big Thank you to Jackie and all the staff as I was very tired as I work in retail myself and had been working the day before. 😊👍👌
