  Very rude staff. Ordered a small cappuccino and it was basically a cup of hot milk. I took it back and asked for it to be changed as I assumed they had made a mistake. The staff member started arguing with me and told me that's just how small cappuccinos are made! I wasn't asking for a free coffee - I had only taken a sip and almost spat it back out again. The staff member then proceeded to criticise me to her colleague in a loud enough voice for me to hear back at my table. She eventually decided to bring me a substitute drink which she gruffly slammed on the table and left without a word. So rude! The cafe was almost empty and I expect it will stay that way with the current staff who believe the customer is always wrong.

  For a super market cafe I guess it isn’t to bad, The food is not the worst, Service was abit questionable, the gentleman doing table service clearly does not like him job but was polite (ish) sometimes a little hostile. Main issue is the hygiene side of it, not the cleanest place. How ever they clean the cutlery or drinking glassware should be checked. They all smelt like old stale slimy water, abit like drains 🤮 I couldn’t use anything other than my hands cos every set I got for the table of 5 all smelt or was dirty. Sorry Tesco 👎🏼

  Had an excellent breakfast, no waiting, really good quality and the staff were really friendly and attentive - definitely recommend
