  Visited at the end of March for a late lunch. I love the burgers and hot dogs in a Five Guys, but this time I tried the 'Cheese Veggie Sandwich'. I wasnt impressed by it and it was rather sloppy and messy (as shown in the photo). The staff are nice though here, the place is clean and there is a good sitting area upstairs

  I had a Bacon cheeseburger. The bacon was under the burger. While this was still technically a bacon cheese burger, I found the construction...perculiar.

  We were staying in a town centre Hotel in York on Monday and thought after a long days sightseeing we would order takeout from Five Guys through Uber Eats. We ordered two burgers which came wrapped in foil squished into an almighty mess and stone cold. Chips also cold and soggy, inedible. We ordered two Coke zeros as neither of us can tolerate Caffeine and guess what they delivered normal Coke. The worst takeout food delivered in the worst packaging a complete waste of money. If like us you were thinking of ordering a takeout don’t bother we only ate the burgers as we were starving. Chips went in the bin. Five Guys, York are really letting the brand down.
