- AAAikufurrSep 27, 20261.0Completely messed up a simple order, didn't follow requests, fries were freezing cold and burger was
- BBBethieSep 27, 20261.0Actually insanely bad mcdonalds.. I hate leaving 1 star reviews because all the workers are human but everything about this place is horrendous. We got food, it was FREEZING, the chips were stone cold and firm (in the worst way) They remade both of our meals twice and they were stone cold and awful both times.. I wish I'd just asked for a refund. If you're hungry genuinely just wait until the next service station or go to the costa next door or something
- IGI found GodSep 12, 20261.0Service poor, ordered via mobile app but manageress wouldn't allow the purchase (which was paid for on the app) and made me come inside to reorder?! Ripon far better
- PBphilip brownSep 11, 20264.0Seam to always end up here for charger and some food place is nice enough woth freindly staff especially the cleaner. Only issue was this time there was some flies around.
- KCKimmi ChantAug 26, 20265.0We popped into McDonald's and tried the Blamco Cheesy Potato Bites with chips. The cheesy bites were absolutely beautiful, especially with the sweet chilli sauce! However, it wasn't actually the food that impressed us the most... it was Jade. I genuinely don't think I've ever eaten in a McDonald's this clean. Jade was constantly cleaning and wasn't just doing the obvious bits either. At one point, she was literally down on her hands and knees cleaning underneath the booth chairs! You could tell she takes so much pride in her work and honestly, this girl is an absolute grafter. We actually had to ask another member of staff what her name was because we wanted to mention her specifically. He wasn't sure as he'd only been there for two weeks, which was a little surprising, but thankfully we managed to find out. We made a point of stopping Jade before we left to tell her how impressed we were with how hard she worked. She said it was really nice to hear and even went a little pink in the cheeks, which was so sweet. Whoever owns this franchise, please recognise this girl! Give her a raise, a bonus, employee of the month... SOMETHING! 😂 Because she absolutely grafts for you and it shows. Jade, you're an absolute credit to this McDonald's. ❤️
