Just after 10 am and shop looks like a bomb has hit it. Empty shelves, absolutely no facing up done last night. Unusual for a Tesco’s

What an appalling service i just received - i had drunk a half a bottle of Blandy's wanted some more so rather than pay deliveroo price around £20-£25 per bottle as i have done in the past i thought i would walk with my blind dog and purchase them myself 2 bottles at around £15 each to drink half tonight and the rest another day. I enter the store the first thing you are greeted with are crates of lager - a security guy walked over and said no dogs so i tied him outside where i could see him - i asked the security where to find Blandy's Mederia wine he seemed to not have a clue but tried to find me a bottle, when he got back it became apparent he misheard me and thought i said "Brandy" so i said no "Blandy's " he then directed me to a woman behind the counter to the entrance to the right (where they sell cigarettes) - so i ask her for 2 bottles, she looks me up and down like i was some drunkard and said "sorry i think you've had enough" i'd had half a bottle and was by no means drunk - like i could have ordered it to be delivered to my home with NO problems yet this women (jobs worth who sells cigarettes to people all day long) feels like she has to get busy all righteous like - yet the first thing that GREETS you when you enter this store is crates of LAGER & CIGARETTES - so quite rightly i got annoyed as i spend the time to walk myself and my blind dog to this store and explained with some expletives my frustration to which the once helpful security guard decided to get in my face like tesco actually value him or something 'paid loyalty' - then from nowhere some bald guy is next to me on his phone calling the police like i've held the store up god forbid someone has an opinion - i wish now i had stayed at home and paid the deliver price of £50 had it delivered with NO issue's instead of trying to save £20 by walking instore - absolutely disgraceful who do these people think they are "you've had enough" did i walk in staggering? NO, was i disrespectful when asking NO - So i walked home and ordered a bottle it delivered from Morrisons (which cost me £6 extra thanks for that) and yes i still have half a bottle left this morning in my cupboard (see photo). I will NEVER order anything from tesco again i mostly use Sainsburys but sometime tescos for home deliveries of food not anymore! I was buying Blandy's Rich Madeira Wine NOT some cheap cider or lager that drunks drink, unbelievable! The photo i just added to shows you the remains of the bottle i ordered from deliveroo this morning so i am not some Alcoholic i'm 53yrs old and i do not need talking to like that by some woman who sells cigarettes all day long. Had you just served me i would have been on my way and none of outburst would have happened, have these people never heard of stocking up? you need to train your staff better than this!

Was a bit tight in my car getting round to and from the underground carpark. Inside was just the same as any other Tesco. Staff were very friendly and polite too.
