  Was a bit tight in my car getting round to and from the underground carpark. Inside was just the same as any other Tesco. Staff were very friendly and polite too.

  The Tesco is fine, but the parking is for Smurfs. And with how people drive these days, there's every possibility of a good bump.

  Went for a late shopping trip and parked in the underground car park. When we got out the elevator was off and the carpark was closed with shutters. There was no signage anywhere stating the underground car parks closing time, we had shopping getting warm and our car was stuck. I went up and around to the main shop again and told a member of staff. She said she'd send someone. About 5 minutes later a man arrived to open the exit shutter. He said the car park closes at 10pm because they "have had alot of trouble", to which we pointed out that there should be signs. Then he became rather condescending while trying to explain why they don't need signs. Never shopping here again unless they put up signs and get that staff member in line.

  You've got to walk past it to get to it. Which seems odd to write, but you come off the main road or from the train station, and the only two pedestrian accesses I found seemed more like back routes. One route felt like walking through a cage. If you're travelling to Scarborough for the first time, absolutely check out the maps to find out how to access it, and how to leave it. There are paths that look fine to walk along, but they actually descend quite a lot downwards into a wooded area that probably won't link you back to your hotel Once in store, it's a normal Tesco. Slightly oddly ordered, in the sense that fresh things like sausage rolls etc are all the way in the back corner
