- SBSteven Baxby4 days ago3.0Greg's is great for the food and drink but we felt very sorry for the poor staff who were u der so much pressure due to only two staff were in the store! The cues were out of the door and you could see the stress the staff were under! I felt that I was just adding to the stress of the staff just by being in the cue. Not sure if there was a issue of staffing level at the store or it's always like this. Everyone was following due process in the store so they were doing a fantastic job. I hope they are paid well for their work. Food was spot on. But I really do wonder how the staff cope with the pressure.

After having asked for a decaffeinated americano I was given a white coffee and I asked again if it was decaffeinated and was told yeah. I checked after leaving and it was a white coffee and as I couldn't be sure it was decaff I asked for another and was meet with a sigh, no apology and a replacement coffee Please train staff in courtesy to customers and if they can't be courteous they shouldn't be working in the service industry!

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
