  2 of the 4 meals were fine, average, but fine non the less. I paid over £60 for 3 main meals a child's main 2 alcoholic drinks and 2 soft drinks. UNFORTUNATELY The place is overrun with flies. 2 of the meals were disgusting and inedible. The childs main (£4.99) was disgraceful. A bowl of mushy cheese with about 5 bits of macaroni in. It didn't get eaten. We sent it back but the second attempt was exactly the same so it got left. The loaded chips (breaded chicken) came with melted cheese and gravy on 🤢 though the menu only specified cheese, chicken and jalapenos. Another meal left. Would not recommend or return. Massively disappointed!

  Fabulous! Wandered in for dinner on Monday night. Food was served quickly and was of great quality. Everything was freshly cooked and tasted divine. With a pint of Murphy's it made for a great evening and the pricing is more than reasonable. Very much recommend this place

  Friendly and welcoming. I turned up on the off chance hoping for a Sunday roast. No problem and no fuss about not having a reservation. A very good plate of roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, cheesy leeks, roast parsnips, peas, carrots and tenderstem broccoli and plenty of gravy. This was accompanied by an excellent pint of Vale Electric Sheep. A really good find on a busy August Sunday. Many thanks.

  For having a quick pint it was wonderful. Lovely people, great interiors, great beers and lemonade. Beautiful building! Oh and the toilets were so clean

  Food took a hour, it was chicken schnitzel and burger so fairly easy to deliver. So if you want a dinner you should order 2 hours before you arrive so may have it on time.
