Had a wonderful experience at Wagamama! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, making sure we were well looked after throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Really disappointed, we usually love Wagamamas and went here after a long day to have our usual food on Saturday afternoon. The service wasn’t great and my menu came covered in a sticky green mould looking substance. My mum got her food and it was freezing cold so had to send it back. Then we waited ages for our other food which also turned up cold. All of us ate our food at completely separate times, we understand food comes out when it’s ready but when every person has to eat their food with a 10-15 minute gap in between each plate we may as well have gone for a meal on our own. We also thought that our food tasted really off and most of us left a lot of it. Following on 2 days later 3 of us are severely ill with food poisoning. Really upset as it spoilt our day and our weekend, for a Harrogate Wagamamas which is supposed to be posh it was a huge let down

The food was amazing! Our server Anna was super friendly and gave great recommendations. She was really reassuring with my allergy and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with everything. Thank you so much!

I wanted go to wagamam, but no prices or menu with prices even on website....and what is on Google map is 3 or 7 years old ‼️‼️‼️🙈 I noticed that your team is actively responding to customer reviews on Google Maps, yet the digital menu on the platform remains completely outdated. If your management team has the time and resources to reply to guest feedback, you also have the ability to upload your current menu.Having an inaccurate menu online is highly frustrating for customers trying to plan their meals or place an order. Please pass this feedback along to your digital marketing or local management team so the correct, up-to-date menu can be uploaded to Google Maps as soon as possible. 😎
