  Ordered pizza with no cheese and garlic bread. Pizza was fine but for some unknown reason they had put loads of cheese on the garlic bread. I can't eat cheese so it went in the bin. They are refusing to refund me

  This Dominos in particular is simply terrible. Every Pizza i've had here has simply not been upto standard. There's tons of other pizza places in Harrogate and every single one is better than this Dominos

  Very shocking pizza quality i ordered a large pizza and got this the large box was way too big for this small pizza, this store has gone downhill used to be one of the best in Harrogate but I think some cowboys have taken over,half the staff cant even speak english the manager is very rude and the delivery drivers need to learn some personal hygiene, like they dont change uniforms, who is allowing this circus to continue? If i was the owner I would spend a day in store with these school kids.. Also the delivery driver had his girlfriend in the car with him which is strange never seen this before.

  While I dont want to give a negative review Ill start off with: 1 ive never had a incorrect order from this place bar 1 muckup between me and another person collecting at the same time. 2 its always a clean site and relatively quick service. For this I would give a 5 * review. But as of the last 3~ months, Ive come in at 22:00 to get a pizza after finishing work, to find that they have already turned everything off and are just waiting till 23:00 to leave with a relatively rude refusal of service. Ive come later at 22:30 to be turned away and told that they start closing down 10-15 minutes before they closed, but thats ignoring that I arrived 30 minutes before they closed and ontop of that, they had already started mopping the floor with everything else cleared and cleaned. For that I cant really give this place a decent rating due to the rude staff and relatively poor closing practices.
