  To the Management of Domino’s East Harrogate: ​I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an order placed on 13/03/26 that was never delivered, and the subsequent unprofessional behavior of your staff. ​The Incident Despite placing my order through Just Eat, the delivery was never received. When I contacted the store to inquire, the staff member insisted they had attempted to call me multiple times. I can confirm that I received no incoming calls. While my doorbell is currently faulty, I was monitoring my phone specifically to ensure a smooth hand-off. ​The Concern When I asked the employee to verify the number they were dialing, they claimed they had reached me by dialing "07" followed by my Just Eat order number. This is a logical impossibility and a clear fabrication. ​My grievances are as follows: ​Dishonesty: The employee chose to invent a technical explanation rather than admit a clerical error or a delivery failure. ​Service Standards: I was told three separate times that the fault lay with me, despite the "calling method" described being blatantly incorrect. ​Brand Reputation: This interaction reflects poorly on your branch. While I am understanding of delivery errors, I cannot excuse a deliberate lack of integrity from your front-line staff. ​Had the employee been honest about the mistake, I would have been happy to find a resolution. However, being repeatedly lied to is unacceptable. I expect a full refund for the undelivered items and an explanation of how you intend to address this conduct with the staff involved.

  Definitely one of the worst dominos, if the app says 17-20 minutes, beware that this means they don’t even start prepping it for 30 minutes. I ordered from here every weekend for over 8 weeks and every time without fail the ready to collect is double what it says on the app. Not to mention the food is regularly undercooked and wrong. Think this is my last time ordering from dominos.
