  Great gingerbread people, bonus of a Costa machine, star dropped for having more self-serve than cashiers. I hate self-serve! Would rather queue for 20 minutes and interact with a human cashier.

  Extremely disappointing service . I ordered from deliveroo and when it arrived the substitutes were absolutely shocking and items were missing . I complained to deliveroo who explained I would need to inform the store . This is not the first time that the items packed have been absolutely ridiculous . They are not even alike and I appreciate that your staff members may not see the importance of a deliveroo order but i know there are families including my own that at times rely on them due to disability and many more reasons . So receiving an order where half of the ingredients are wrong and missing is very impactful and also wasteful . This is not the first time from this store and I chose to try again stupidly as you have some really wonderful staff there also who I know work very hard and make shopping at the co op a good experience. But please take abit more pride in delivery orders as it’s really frustrating and something that could be avoided . Take time to think about a better alternative . Example a tiny baby sized yogurt is not a good substitute for a yogurt that is 500g and will not be used . Just about respecting the customers just like we would respect you if we were able to get to Store . Thank you

  Self check out tills often have a problem and don't deduct any discounts. Takes ages to get any help and the woman there is extremely rude and unhelpful.
