The store itself was good had some good offers. Check out staff very friendly. However the public toilet was disgusting I would never use that facility again.

Not bad, can get basics, maybe a little too small for the area as very busy.

Poor service. If I visit area again I would shop somewhere else. The customer service was the worse ever. How it is a superstore I do not know.

I am extremely disappointed and upset by the way my three-year-old autistic niece was treated at Tesco in Filey. My niece has autism and global developmental delay, and because of her additional needs, she may not always understand situations or behave in the same way as other children her age. What is particularly concerning is that she was accused of stealing, despite there being no proof or evidence that she had stolen anything. To make such a serious accusation against a three-year-old child, especially a child with significant developmental difficulties, is completely unacceptable and deeply distressing for her and our family. Rather than showing understanding and compassion towards a very young and vulnerable child, assumptions were made about her without any evidence to support the accusation. I believe this situation should have been handled with far greater care, understanding and awareness of her additional needs, and I would like Tesco to take this matter seriously and provide an explanation as to why my niece was accused of stealing when there was no proof that she had done so.
