  It's a International Big Brand, you should be allowed to use all the features that its got to offer, like able to spend your loyalty points or use the mobile app to order. But both are switched off and you got limited ehatncan you order. Very disappointing and greedy branch.

  Absolutely diabolical, found a hair in a replacement burger we ordered and paid £10 for because they didn't send it originally! Avoid them, clearly have no hairnets or food hygiene 🤢 and if you have issues they just don't answer the phone at all.

  Pure greed at this location: the management refuse to use the burger king app which means family discount offers are unavailable during school holidays. Far better food is available a short walk away that puts more money into the local economy rather than a franchise of an international brand displaying none of that brand's values.
