  I waited in the car. my daughter came here last night and waited 20 minutes for her order. the place was empty. She nearly left. the only reason she didn't was because she had paid. she said she'll never use this horrific place again

  Orderd sent me my drink milk shake no straw had over exprice is but try give them shout and to night wos my last i drove back down left it on the drive threw window wonts nocking down back leamming bar i go

  Cat is always chatty ,friendly and our grandchildren look forward to seeing her .She always makes a point of chatting to all customers and making us feel welcome .Keeping us up to date with up and coming events .A credit to Mac Donald's.

  Wasn't very busy inside there restaurant, the staff were mainly just focusing on the drive thru, rather than any customers in store, a 25 minute wait for just a standard breakfast meal, when the venue wasn't overly busy was rather disappointing

  I went through the drive-thru with my partner and, although we were served relatively quickly by Brooke, it apparently proved incredibly difficult to get our order right. I ordered a double sausage, bacon and egg McMuffin, yet when I received it, there was no sausage in it whatsoever. My partner ordered pancakes with syrup, and somehow the syrup was missing from that order too. To make matters even worse, the food was cold. I then called the restaurant to explain what had happened, expecting at the very least some basic customer service. Instead, I was told, “Well, that’s not right, I made the food and I know it had sausage in.” I explained that I knew for a fact there was no sausage in the McMuffin I had received, yet the person on the phone continued to argue with me rather than actually listen to the complaint. Eventually, they seemingly had enough of the conversation and told me that there was nothing they could do other than apologise. The irony is that they never actually apologised. Mistakes happen — I completely understand that. What is unacceptable is being given the wrong, cold food and then, when I take the time to contact the restaurant about it, being argued with and made to feel as though I am lying about what I received. The food was wrong, cold and incomplete, and the customer service afterwards was arguably even worse. I certainly did not expect to have to argue with a member of staff simply to explain what was missing from an order I had paid for. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and would appreciate an appropriate response and resolution.
