By the looks of it, you either have a good experience or a bad one, depending who's in the kitchen. We came here for a bite to eat before the cinema. I'd definitely go again, the steaks were cooked well, the burgers were nice. All round good experience. The only issue was my sauce was cold....but everything else was spot on.

Worst carvery i have ever had. Tasteless food, which was all luke warm. The gravy was absolutely awful. Service wasn't great. One staff member blanked me three times at the bar before serving me. She was just wondering around, not actually doing anything. AVOID the carvery!

Stayed at the Premier Inn, which is part of this establishment. We had breakfast and dinner here. The staff were great, never met such a wonderful friendly group of people. Find a table, place your order at the bar and wait for your food to arrive, nice and simple. Food was okay and reasonably priced, the place is huge so no problem finding a table. Highly recommend.
