- MMMaximbir6 days ago1.0Extremely poor experience. I ordered through Just Eat and waited over 3 hours while the order status kept showing "preparing". Despite the excessive delay, no food ever arrived. In the end, I was still charged for the order and received absolutely nothing. No updates, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the situation. Keeping customers waiting for hours and then taking their money without delivering the food is completely unacceptable. This is some of the worst service I have experienced. I will not be ordering from Zizzi Newport again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Would rather get rid of the strong scent at the entrance doorway, but this is a minor inconvenience. The restaurant offers standard tables or booths with options for bigger or smaller parties. It is kept very clean and tidy. Food is good value - the vegan rainbow lasagne is delicious and well worth the awards it has received. - the pizzas are perfectly cooked in a proper pizza oven with chunky toppings. - the desserts are morish and arrive well presented and offer good portions - I do like a good portion 🤭 Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

The service was fantastic they were very helpful and accommodating. The food was amazing and all 27 odd of our group were all served our meals about the same time. I’m very happy I chose zizzi and will be back again 😊 superb place 🎉
