  Kids probably not that big causing a commotion security? NO WHERE TO BE SEEN - boys Riding bikes through stores GET BETTER SECURITY AND KICK THEM OUT OF HERE?!!!! and STOP BEING LAZY 😤 Or else that means you just don't care about your store - kind regards - a customer you just maybe might loose:))

  I have been a Tesco customer for many years, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I recently received a Parking Charge Notice from Horizon Parking for the Tesco Spytty car park. According to the notice itself, my vehicle was recorded as entering at 20:06 and leaving at 21:34—a stay of approximately 1 hour and 28 minutes. Tesco advertises 3 hours of free parking at this location, so I was shocked to receive a parking charge despite remaining well within the permitted time. After looking into the issue, I found numerous social media posts from other customers reporting very similar experiences at this site. Several stated that their Parking Charge Notices were cancelled after they challenged them, which makes me question whether there is a wider technical or administrative problem with the parking enforcement. I have formally challenged my notice and asked Horizon Parking to investigate. I have also requested that the relevant authorities consider whether a wider review is necessary if multiple customers are being affected. My advice to anyone visiting Tesco Spytty is simple: keep an eye on your post, check any Parking Charge Notice carefully, and don't assume it is correct simply because it has been issued. If your stay was within the advertised free parking period, challenge it. I sincerely hope Tesco reviews its relationship with Horizon Parking and ensures that genuine customers are not subjected to unnecessary stress and inconvenience through incorrect parking charges.

  I picked up parking tickets in consecutive weeks over the Christmas period, unfortunately I didn't get the first one in time to stop the second one. The ticket showed the rear of my car and was for not displaying a blue badge in a disabled bay. After many emails and appeals it became apparent that my badge had expired some weeks before and I just plain forgot to renew it.the second ticket was for exactly the same thing and also showing the rear of my car and not the windscreen with the expired badge. I paid the first one and appealed the second one claiming that the ticket incorrectly stated I had not displayed a blue badge ans and they had not given me proof of the infraction by me. I have now given up trying to get them to communicate with me about their incorrectly issued ticket and even got in touch with popla but they are insisting I was at fault for not displaying a blue badge. When I make a mistake it costs £40 when they make a mistake it costs me £40. I am waiting for the bailiffs to turn up now but would rather go to court and argue in front of someone who is not horizon parking.
