- AMAnnie Mogford4 days ago1.0Ordered our food through my McDonald's app got to the drive through and the young girl said drive down further there was nobody at the window 10 minutes we waited before going back and asking this girl and she said go back down she wasn't the best at customer service and had attitude but we then got our food and they didnt give us our drinks and then had to go back round as they didn't give the mc flurry. Disappointed as our food was cold too.

From the chap who took an age to actualy take my order on the drive through to the lazy server who cocked up my order. I don’t wish to hear the person taking my order clear the phlegm from his throat over the intercom. Also I’m not sure why he started taking my order and disappeared from the airway for 30 seconds. The female who served my order could barely speak English other than the word “enjoy”. She obviously couldn’t read very well either as my order was wrong. Little wonder I avoid this place unless I’m seriously desperate.
