- DDDHU628Aug 27, 20261.0Visited around 7.30 in the morning and the place was filthy. Bins were overflowing including sanitary bins in the female toilets. Mess over the floor, looked like the whole place needed a good clean. Service was slow but the lady serving was very nice.

Rude staff! 1st situation: I ordered large chips, they handed me small, took a lot of effort to get it change. 2nd situation: I thought oh well might give it a try again, but no this new bloke think he owns the place, extremely rude talked back at everything, all I wanted was to pay with cash. I swear this place has gone down hill massively since 2025

Chips are like cardboard now for some reason! Had a cappuccino and it was half a cup! We now avoid this McDonald and travel to another for my granddaughter and daughter to have a decent meal

It wasn’t letting me order on the app so went in and there was nothing on the menu that you could order so I went up to the counter to ask and no one came the whole time I stood there, when I finally saw someone I politely said excuse me and they just walked away! I then went through the drive thru to ask only to be told that the only hot food they had was a McMuffin with jam nothing else on the menu and apparently only hot drinks. No apologies whatsoever. Absolutely appalling when they are open 24 hours. Should at least put up a sign if you’re not going to do the menu.
