I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received when I visited Tesco to exchange a few clothing items. I wasn’t asking for a refund or anything complicated; I simply wanted to exchange the items for different sizes. I had the receipt on my phone, which my husband had sent me. It clearly showed the barcode, product codes and all the relevant details. However, the lady serving me refused to accept it and insisted that I needed the receipt in a different format. Despite having all the information available on my phone, she was unwilling to help. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I later went to Tesco Spytty, where the staff were more than happy to help me exchange the same items. The whole process was completed within a couple of minutes, without any fuss or difficulty. It’s disappointing that one store can make such a simple request unnecessarily difficult, while another can resolve the exact same issue so quickly and professionally. I understand that stores have policies to follow, but I believe customer service is also about being helpful, using common sense and finding a solution where possible. I left feeling frustrated by the way I was treated, especially when all I wanted was a straightforward size exchange. Hopefully, Tesco will take this feedback on board and look at how customers are treated, because the difference in service between the two stores was unbelievable.

Petrol Station closed at Friday 06:28 morning of what reason ? Loyal customer with Club Card must look for another place to fill up. Ridiculous.
