  In Tesco Cafe, where I hoped to dine, A dreadful experience crossed the line. A worker named Stephen, quite rude indeed, Shouted at me and my kids—no need! We ordered some toast with avocado spread, But received a scolding instead. With raised voice and temper, Stephen did roar, Leaving us startled and wanting the door. Professionalism lacking, kindness unseen, Stephen's behavior was far too mean. Humor aside, this isn’t a joke, A family’s meal spoiled by one angry bloke. Dear Tesco, I implore you, take heed of my plea, Train your staff better, for the sake of harmony. An outing meant to be pleasant and calm, Turned sour by Stephen's loud psalm. So, while the food was fine, as one might suppose, The service from Stephen—well, that surely shows. A cafe should welcome with warmth and grace, Not have staff who shout all over the place.

  Lovely and chilled today . Speedy customer service and care from cafe staff..who were cheerful and very focussed.

  Myself and my mum come here every Monday and Friday for breakfast. The food is great and the service is outstanding 👏 👌 🙌
