- NJNaomi JacksonOct 5, 20265.0Would like to say thank you for letting me stay longer in the car park. Today I was stuck for 40 mins and still never moved in me car due to road works. I had an appointment and would off missed it at the hospital. The lady at the kiosk was lovely and let me signed a day pass so I could walk to main road to catch a bus. I would off exceeded over 3 hours to park due to public transport. So thank you to the lady on the kiosk sorry I don't no your name x

- JWJenny WilliamsSep 30, 20265.0Went to the cafe as car was in for a service nearby. I was acknowledged immediately which is a rare thing these days and served within a minute. All the cafe staff were friendly and polite, again this can be a rare thing. I’d received some really sad news and they made me feel seen and were exactly what I needed in that moment. Food was good too and I was given a proper pot of tea, not just a cup with a tea bag in! Tables were kept clean and tidy as well. Thank you.
