Ordered on line and told it was ready. Went to.collect, told it had not been started and it would be another 12 mins. Came back 15 mins later, still not ready for another 10 mins. It was dry and burnt.

Don't know what has happend in the last few months but every order is getting worse , ordered via app so has my partner and every time we get it delivered they are really thin (even though ask for original) and toppings missing and next to no cheese very bland and lacking toppings of every level . Every time had nduja and pepperoni hot honey , there is always the nduja or hot honey missing . I don't ring about issues due to previous problems and staff not really helping . This is probably our 4th order atleast in a row we're it's been missing a topping and thin and lacking cheese . Probably won't be ordering ever again as it's getting worse each time .

ordered a chicken pesto stuffed crust pizza with only sweet corn as a topping, and a pepperoni pizza. the pizzas came late, with the completely wrong order. i mean like multiple toppings which weren’t put on the order at all. we rang the place and informed them that our order was extremely incorrect, and got a free two pizzas back, the pepperoni came perfectly fine, but the chicken pesto pizza was entirely wrong AGAIN. so as a result of this we phoned the place again, and were interrogated of the contents of the order, eventually after 30 minutes a reorder was taken place and we were told to return the incorrect pizzas. this time it came correct, but by this time it had been 2 and a half hours later. absolutely disgraceful customer service, and the pizza was entirely mid. fix it.
