- SSshirley smithFeb 13, 20265.0I Was at your store at Queen Alexandrea road north shields yesterday around 5.15 pm.Its the 1st time after major brain surgery i made the effort to go in a shop on my own.I dropped my shopping basket and a lovely young lady.I believe Elaine carried to the till and packed for me and insisted on carrying to the car.Cannot thank enough.Please forward to her .excellent service

- KNkat nMay 9, 20245.0This is a good coop store better than Tynemouth branch but they don’t seem to have many staff whenever I go in. If I need to purchase lottery ticket or anything kept behind counter I always have to hunt down a member of staff to serve me as rarely any nearby. Recently it’s become more difficult to park at certain times due to the pub customers using their car park. Maybe a 15 minute maximum stay would be good idea as most people in and out in few minutes and might deter pub customers staying there a long time.if they get a ticket. Well stocked, clean and tidy with good variety of treats, snacks and meal choices.for a small store. A lot more offers and deals than in previous years. More expensive. for some items but good quality food and handy location.
