  This burger cost £12.65, and the condition it arrived in is completely indefensible. It was thrown into foil with no box or proper packaging to protect it, leaving it squashed, dismantled and looking like a pile of leftovers. The presentation is appalling. The patties look burnt and uneven, the bacon has been dumped in a heap, and the whole burger looks carelessly assembled. I have genuinely seen roadside burger vans serve food that looks far better than this, and for a fraction of the price. Five Guys charges premium restaurant prices but has delivered something that looks as though nobody took the slightest pride in preparing it. This is not a minor presentation issue; it is an insulting level of quality for £12.65. An absolute rip off. And please do not bother replying with the usual generic, copy-and-paste response asking me to contact you. Your replies to other Google reviews show no personal touch, and I will not waste more of my time chasing you.

  Food was delicious. Wheelchair friendly . Great service and whole place was clean. Including the toilets.

  Such a bad staff waited 35 minutes even staff said twice gonna take 2 minutes and manager was rude.
