  The burgers were okay and tasted fine, but I definitely think they’re overpriced for what you get. The quality was average, and for the price I expected something better. The customer service could also use some improvement, as the staff could have been more friendly. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price.

  This burger cost £12.65, and the condition it arrived in is completely indefensible. It was thrown into foil with no box or proper packaging to protect it, leaving it squashed, dismantled and looking like a pile of leftovers. The presentation is appalling. The patties look burnt and uneven, the bacon has been dumped in a heap, and the whole burger looks carelessly assembled. I have genuinely seen roadside burger vans serve food that looks far better than this, and for a fraction of the price. Five Guys charges premium restaurant prices but has delivered something that looks as though nobody took the slightest pride in preparing it. This is not a minor presentation issue; it is an insulting level of quality for £12.65. An absolute rip off. And please do not bother replying with the usual generic, copy-and-paste response asking me to contact you. Your replies to other Google reviews show no personal touch, and I will not waste more of my time chasing you.
