  Ordered 3 Pizza small medium and large, total £45, got the delivery, however when I went to eat the large Pizza it had a piece of red bell pepper on it, I'm allergic to it, phoned Domino's and they said no worries and would make a fresh one and delivery it ASAP, however when I checked the Pizza at the door it was burnt on the crust, so I gave both pizza back, that large pizza with extra toppings was just over £20 so that's me down £20 they did offer to send another pizza, but I thought there was no point in waiting another 30 minutes, no refund was offered

  Never had a bad meal, always order for collection and never had a long wait, or much of any wait at all. All staff look to be working full throttle all the time and it looks a pretty slick operation in the back

  Commenced our order at 1745hrs on a Saturday evening on line. After several failed attempt attempts to complete the order unsuccessfully, I contacted the store to be informed they were having server issues and I should try again later ! I did so and finally completed our order at 1840hrs. Deliver approx 15-25 mins. At 1915hrs I again called the store & was informed my order had not gone through, despite receiving a receipt & payment being completed ? I spent another ten minutes repeating the order which initially was a further 20-30 mins and by completion had risen to 30-45 mins ! Shocking service but apparently I should be reassured knowing everyone was in the same boat ! I simply could not be arsed to start again or contemplate attempting a refund so accepted but this is nothing short of crap customer service !

  Normally a good experience with these guys Great delivery times Food wasnt great last night Nachos were burnt to a crisp and the garlic bread seemed dry and tasteless

  Great service from the team here again today.. very fast to prepare and collect... Service with a a warm welcome. I'm staying in a hotel nearby so navigated here for my phone order.. didn't realize till I arrived I've used this shop previously and had the same great pizza with the same great service. Thanks guys... Top job !!
