  You can clearly see that premier inn is taking over... some of the staff is fully disengaged.. the food is terrible, cooks dont give a sh..t. Some waitress are really nice , they are probably staying with premier inn but some are just fully checked out as they took redundancy. Completely understand them. They are doing their best, service is fastv, but the quality of food is embarrassing..

  The service on entering was non existant ,nobody about only a guy behind the hot food counter ,he told us to take a seat and pay on leaving ,the food was poor ,no beans ready ,rubbery eggs and bacon barely cooked ,not impressed at all and when went to pay asked a girl and she sent us to bar ,where we got ignored and ignored until I spoke up and said we needed to go ,I'm not surprised this place is closing

  Got seated and took 15 minutes or so to have our order taken, was a little busier than I've seen it recently. Server as friendly as ever. Ordered 2 pie meals. They arrive, 1 plate has clearly more chips than the other, yet again the amount of fries or chips is very inconsistent, looking at other people that have pie meals, theu have visibly more chips than either our plates. Take a bit of the chips, mine is luke warm at the best, but my wife's are piping hot, so much so, one of her chips she gave me has taken the skin off the roof of my mouth. How can 2 meals that arrive at the same time have chips that are at different temperatures? Im positive that Beefeater are in competition with Wetherspoons to give the lowest chip count. Sort it out please.

  The restaurant and food is pretty good. However, I used the car park and booked my car onto the system in the restaurant and still got a ticket which they refuse to cancel. Bewarned!

  We came here for dinner and served by lovely ladies. My main wasn't great (fish) but my husband and son enjoyed their food. Service was quick and the restaurant and toilets were clean. We didn't book however as a walk in we were fairly early for dinner (I believe it was just before 5pm).
