  Krissa turned a bad visit around We visited with our family of five and things started badly. The self-order screen was painfully slow, and then it switched off partway through our order, which was really frustrating with hungry kids waiting. Krissa, the manager, stepped in straight away. She sorted out our order, apologised properly and made sure we were looked after. It's rare to see that level of care and ownership, and it completely changed the experience. The screens need sorting, but the team here is lucky to have Krissa. Thank you for putting things right. The food was lovely in the end.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Burger King at the Workshop area and ordered a Chicken Royale and a few other items. My experience was made truly special by Stephen, the restaurant manager. The way he smiled, greeted me, and made me feel welcome gave me such a warm and positive feeling. He was very friendly, approachable, and patient in clarifying my doubts. His hospitality and customer service were genuinely outstanding. Stephen is truly a great asset to Burger King, and I believe he is one of the best people to represent the brand. Five stars from my side, and if I could, I would happily give him ten stars! Keep up the amazing work, Stephen! 😊👏

  I remember the person who served me called Stephen because he was very polite and helpful. The food and service was top quality. I would recomment, especially if Stephen is serving you.
