  Fast, hot, never got an order wrong 👍 could just do with a seat or two for waiting customers. Otherwise excellent

  Took over an hour to deliver 4 sides. It was marked as delivered when it hadn't been, forcing me to ring the place. Guy that answered the phone was kinda rude, but I'm not sure if he is aware or not. I said I placed an order and it was marked as delivered but it wasn't, he cut me off and seemed to already know who I was and said wait 5 or 10 minutes. (Slow day? If it's slow why is it taking an hour?) Kept trying to cut me off when I was speaking. I waited 10 minutes and still nobody, so I rang back and said ive been waiting an hour for four sides. He says wait 3-4 minutes and if its not delivered he'll send another one out. His way of speaking was incredibly blunt and kept trying to speak over me, no comment was made on my order being marked as delivered when it wasn't. I wouldn't be ringing if I could see it was still on its way, how do I know it hasn't been delivered to the wrong address? Delivery guy shows up finally, I say the same thing to him that it was marked as delivered but he also has nothing to say. Asks me to repeat myself once before just saying sorry, but he sounded confused. Not sure he even understood what I had said. The food was surprisingly not cold, and tasted fine. But I'm glad I ordered in plenty of time, don't think I'll be ordering from this branch again.

  Food was good, service was absolutely shocking. Stood 10 mins before being acknowledged. More concerned with the just eat drivers.

  Service are very poor because i been try to phone them and I spoke with very rude gentleman he was take my phone and i was ordering mean time he cut the phone and again i was tried to call them 3 times I tried he picked the phone and straight away cut it off after 5 minutes i call them again and he answered and he was telling he can’t speak English but he was speaking English that time I said to them if you don’t want take orders then you should to close your shop because you are westing customer time after straight away again he cut the phone

  Ordered two of the new sourdough pizzas on the buy one get one free deal. Supposed to be £30 each, £15 with the offer, which already feels steep. I collected them myself as well. Wish I would have checked before I left the shop but I didn’t want them to go cold and they have stickers sealing the boxes shut. What I received was embarrassing. These are advertised as large pizzas, yet they looked ridiculously small, completely lost in the box. Most of it was just dry, bland crust with barely any topping. The cheese was almost non-existent and there was no real flavour at all. To top it off, the second pizza didn’t even have the BBQ drizzle I paid for. This isn’t a case of being picky, this is just poor quality and poor standards. I genuinely wouldn’t have paid £3 for what I was given, never mind £30. The worst part is that someone made these, looked at them, and still thought it was acceptable to send them out. What a joke.
