  Fab food but ordered katsu noodles with chicken but the server obviously didn't catch the chicken bit! Why don't serving staff write orders down anymore?

  Lovely lunch after going to an exhibition. Staff are friendly, polite and service is good.

  The chicken ramen and a cloudy lemonade was good value, but I personally found the ramen a little lacking in flavour the broth tasted slightly watered down. I know Wagamama's ramen is more Western-inspired than traditional Japanese but I was still hoping for a bit more depth. The cloudy lemonade was also a bit too sour for my taste. I'd recommend Wagamama if you enjoy their take on ramen, but if you're after a more authentic Japanese bowl, this probably isn't the place. That said, I'm still a big fan of Wagamama their chicken katsu curry is always a winner.

  Ordered Uber eats and the drink I ordered was not available, they called my sister as the Uber account belongs to my sister and she let me know, I called the restaurant back and they offered me a replacement for the drink and an upgrade to large. The lady on the phone was incredibly sweet and professional she had such a warm energy and I just wanted to say thank so much again for handling things so quickly and with such grace. I didn’t get her name but this happened about 5mins ago lol. It’s rare to call up somewhere or go somewhere where the staff seem genuinely delighted to help you out and it means quite a lot thank you and I hope she and the whole team have a wonderful rest of your shifts :)
