  Disappointed with the inconsistency around the Yaki Soba Mushroom (veg). When ordering the vegetarian version in the restaurant, or over the phone for collection, egg comes with the dish as standard. However, when ordering the same vegetarian dish through Uber Eats/Deliveroo, the egg is removed, despite paying the same price, if not more. I contacted the restaurant and was told this is because they avoid modifications for delivery orders. This explanation doesn’t add up, as the egg isn’t a modification, it’s part of the standard vegetarian dish on the restaurant menu. If the delivery version differs from the dish you’d receive in the restaurant or when ordering over the phone for collection, this should be made much clearer to customers. It doesn’t seem right that customers are expected to pay the same, if not more, for a reduced version of the dish. Not a great customer experience, Wagamama.

  I love wagamama but how we were (not) welcomed into this branch almost made us walk out. We were first approached with a "redhead" who didnt introduce herself nor welcome us and didnt even bother to smile. She asked us to wait and then went on and gave menu's to the people behind us and not us. She was so rude and not the best choice to welcome people in. Beatrice our server on the other hand was respectful, kind and professional which instantly shift the mood for us.

  Food was absolutely delicious and the service staff were lovely. Bit of a wait (it was Saturday about 6pm) to get in but well worth it. Cost was ok.

  Visited for lunch, food delicious, service excellent, very quiet, but it was a weekday lunchtime. Food was quick. Everywhere exceptionally clean.
