- PHPhilip Halfpenny2 days ago2.0Got shown our seat and the young lad took our order for drinks but then forgot to get our order, so about 20 minutes later a young lass came over asking if we were waiting for more people, to we responded that we were waiting for our drinks, which she apologised and then asked what we wanted and brought them straight away. Ordered starters, which the chef then brought out to us as, I guess no1 was responding to the bell in the kitchen as he seemed pretty annoyed saying to the young lad did you not hear me. (Very unprofessional I feel) Sunday roast very average and cold. Make a better one at home! When the slice of cracking is the best bit says everything, over cooked beef, food not seasoned for £22 a roast you'd expect it to be half decent. Overall service and food a bit naff. The young blonde lass was the only person that seemed to know how to do her job. Wondered why it was so quiet on a Sunday and guess that's why.

- BFBecky FreelySep 27, 20264.0Lovely food, huge portions. Creamed leeks were delicious. The decor is looking a little tired ( carpet could do with being changed ) but the atmosphere was relaxed and staff were friendly and helpful.
